Manny is a complete moron

Reports are surfacing that MLB has launched an investigation into the Manny/Dodgers trade and what led to it. Seems the commissioner's office is interested in talk that Manny - while making $20 million a year - decided to become disruptive and not to play anymore because he was upset that the BoSox might pick up an option they had to extend his contract. They are also looking into a story that Manny's agent, the wonderful Scott Boras, told the Sox that Manny would be a good boy and play hard for the rest of the season if they dropped their option. Another ridiculous story floating around has Boras having the gall to call the Sox after the trade and say that Manny would be happy to resign with Boston next year and would be a model citizen if given a new contract.
These two clowns deserve each other.

In his final week and a half with Boston, Manny:
1. Took three pitches right down the plate from Mo and struck out looking to end the game. It was supposed to be his "day off," so I guess when the manager decided he needed him to pinch-hit, he decided it was still his day off. He never took the bat off his shoulders and it seemed like he could care less about the game.
2. Decided he didn't feel like playing in a big game at Fenway against the Yanks to open a three-game series. Said his was
knee was barking. Sox ordered two MRI tests, which showed nothing. I HATE the Sox, but they do have good loyal fans, and the 45,000 that showed up that night and paid good money deserved better. So did his teamates.
3. With the Sox being no-hit at Fenway, he loafed down the line on a grounder and made no attept to beat out the ball and break up the no-no. No pride. None.
That's why he's in LA.
It's that simple.

What team would be stupid enough to sign him to a big deal after seeing what he's like?

He's an idiot and a Yankee killer. Good riddance to him, let the National League have him, at least it will mean less times Yankee pitchers have to face him.
